The Lead Designer serves as the head of your dedicated design team, offering personalized attention to each of your projects. They provide guidance and direction to our designers, ensuring that every aspect of your design aligns with your needs and exceeds expectations.

Please keep in mind that the turnaround times provided are estimates based on our common projects. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, they serve as benchmarks rather than guaranteed delivery dates for every project. The actual time may vary depending on factors like project complexity and the number of revisions.

Turnaround time starts when we start working on your design, not when you submit the request. If there are other projects in the queue, the timer will not start until the previous projects are submitted.

Please also note that some projects may fall outside the usual 2-3 day turnaround timeframe.

When you send a design request using our project management tool, Asana, it’s called a task. Our designers work one task at a time. After finishing one, we move to the next scheduled task. If you request a revision, our team prioritizes it first unless you want the new design to be completed before it. Kindly do not bundle multiple tasks as one request.

Depending on the complexity, 1 task means either 1 digital design, 1 video, or 1 print design. 2 tasks mean 1 digital design and 1 video, or 2 print designs. 4 tasks mean 2 digital designs and 2 videos, or 2 print designs.

Please note that each task should only include one design request and not multiple requests combined as one. For example, if you require brand identity design, kindly do not request a logo, letterhead, or social media graphics within the same task. The logo design is one task, the letterhead another, 1 social media graphic another, and so on.
