Payment Agreement
KNOW ALL PARTIES BY THESE PRESENTS;
NAME OF COMPANY – CUEBALL CREATIVES
NAME OF DEBTOR – (PERSON WHO HAS TO PAY)
WHEREAS, the DEBTOR has an existing obligation to the CREDITOR for a specified amount, hereinafter referred to as the selected package.
WHEREAS, both parties wish to secure the debt amount by entering into a new agreement setting forth a structured payment plan, subject to the terms and conditions herein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, based on the aforementioned considerations, the parties herein agree as follows:
Debtor Representation
The DEBTOR represents and warrants that both parties have agreed upon a payment plan to ensure timely payments as outlined herein, with no additional fees for scheduling.
Payment Plan
a) MONTHLY PLAN – Once purchased, the remaining amount cannot be refunded, regardless of project duration, as services are not provided on a unit basis.
Payment Method
Payment options include Stripe.
Indemnification
The CREDITOR releases the DEBTOR from any claims relating to fees or penalties incurred prior to this Agreement. However, such release does not relieve the DEBTOR from its obligations herein or limit the rights of the CREDITOR under this Agreement.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in India.
Refund
You agree to pay the specified fees in full prior to Cueball Creatives’ performance under this Agreement. By registering for services, you authorize Cueball Creatives to bill your designated payment method on a recurring basis. Access to services may be suspended for non-payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, retaining access until the end of the paid billing term. Cueball Creatives reserves the right to change fees with 5 days’ notice. Promotions, upgrades, and adjustments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for using Cueball Creatives services after payment.
