- Cueball Creatives is not liable for any loss of business or revenue incurred from errors in our design files.
- We will do our best to accommodate any priority items and timelines, but our service may not be suitable for time-sensitive requests.
- As an ambitious business, you have the flexibility to schedule your marketing needs, whether it’s for 3 months or 6 months, and align deadlines with your calendar. All requests will be logged in our management software. Our team will focus on one design at a time, including revisions. To proceed to the next request, the current one must be fully completed and approved.
- We reserve the right to publish your work for our portfolio, marketing and advertising purposes, but you may revoke this right at any time.
- You hereby grant us a limited, global, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to utilize, publish, and exhibit any materials that we develop in association with the Services for marketing and promotional activities (“Portfolio Rights License”). You have the right to revoke the Portfolio Rights License at any moment by sending us a written notification at info@cueballcreatives.com. Post-revocation, we will stop the use of your materials for promotional activities, but please note that your materials might still be visible online where they have been employed by others in alignment with the Portfolio Rights License.
