How can we become your creative partner?

We are not a typical design vendor; we work as your partner throughout. We start by discussing your challenges and needs over a call. If you’d like a demo, we’re happy to provide one. You can give us a try with our 7-day trial, and if satisfied, subscribe to one of our monthly plans that fits your requirements. We are flexible to scale up or down in line with your requirements. When you subscribe to our plans, you get access to Asana, where you submit your design requests with project details like target audience, brand guidelines, etc. Our team creates initial designs and revises them based on your feedback until you’re happy with the final design.

What is a task?

A task is the design request you submit through our project management tool, Asana. Our designers focus on one request at a time. Once completed, we move on to the next scheduled task. If you request a revision, our team prioritizes it accordingly. If you want a new design to be completed before the revision of the previous task, we can prioritize the same.

  • 1 Task: Either 1 digital, 1 video reel, or 1 print, depending on task complexity.
  • 2 Tasks: Either 1 digital and 1 video reel, or 1 print, depending on task complexity.
  • 4 Tasks: Either 2 digital and 2 video, or 2 print, depending on task complexity.

You’re welcome to submit unlimited designs and schedule the way you want. We follow your due dates and are committed to meeting deadlines, but prioritize revisions. Please share more details so we can be on the same page and ensure your full satisfaction.

Also, please do not combine multiple tasks into one request. For example, if you require brand identity design, kindly do not request a logo, letterhead, or social media graphics within the same task. The logo design is one task, the letterhead another, 1 social media graphic another, and so on.

How many designs can I request each month?

The number of design requests you can submit will depend on your selected plan. You can schedule an unlimited number of designs for us to take up. We follow your due dates and are committed to meeting deadlines but prioritize revisions. With our daily workflow, you can expect your Project Manager to give updates on your new requests or revisions by the next business day. 

Since every design is unique based on its size and complexity, it’s difficult to give exact numbers. However, here’s a general estimate of what your design team can typically deliver each day:

  • 2-4 social media graphics
  • Or 1-2 custom illustrations
  • Or 2-3 display ads
  • Or 4-5 pages of a brochure, e-book, report, or slide deck
  • Or 1 GIF draft (2-3 sec)
  • Or 1-2 flyers
  • Or 1 logo draft
How may I send my requests?

Our process flow is straightforward. You can easily schedule your tasks through Asana, a versatile project management platform accessible on desktop and mobile devices. It supports both iOS and Android, ensuring convenience and flexibility.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees. Unlike other agencies, we use premium stock images that are included with every plan.

What are your working hours?

Our team is highly flexible and works closely with you to accommodate your schedule. Typically, our working hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM EST. However, we can adjust our availability to better suit your location and preferences.

What details do you need for my design request?

Please share as many details as possible so that we can effectively deliver your designs, such as brand guidelines, image description, content, or any inspiration you have. This will help us ensure we’re on the same page and ensure your full satisfaction.

Do I own the rights to the designs created for me by Cueball Creatives?

Yes, you own all rights to the final designs created for you by Cueball Creatives. Once the designs are approved and delivered, they become your exclusive property.

How long does it take to receive the final designs?

We aim to complete all design requests within a 12 to 48-hour window. However, complex tasks may require longer. Before work begins, we’ll share the anticipated timeline for each task to maintain transparency and set clear expectations. But, please keep in mind revisions are prioritized over new requests.

What if I am not satisfied with the final designs?

If the final design doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to ask for changes until you’re happy with it. In the rare case that you’re still not satisfied with the design, we’ll start our dispute resolution process to sort out the problem and ensure your satisfaction

Can I receive a refund for unused months or erroneous billing?

We regret to inform you that refunds are not provided for periods of inactivity or billing errors. Once requests are submitted, our subscription model does not allow for refunds. However, canceling your subscription is easy; simply send an email to us . We value your feedback and would appreciate knowing how we can better serve you as a long-term client.

How can I reduce revisions and provide clear feedback to my Cueball team?

To reduce revisions and provide clear feedback:

Carefully review all output from your Cueball Team before going live with a campaign, especially for print projects. Test printing is recommended to ensure clarity. If edits are needed, let your team know for prompt adjustments.

Add a brand for every brand, campaign, or platform you design for. Include details like logos, fonts, color palettes, examples of past designs, and references for styles you prefer.

Please use Loom for feedback and Asana for revision requests. Loom allows you to create shareable video links to convey feedback more efficiently. Access Loom at https://useloom.com. Or, you can even send us a video recording from your phone. We’re adding a review annotation feature to our project management system soon.

Am I in a long-term contract with you?

Not at all! You’re not locked into any long-term contracts with us. We operate on a monthly subscription basis, which means you have the flexibility to cancel anytime without any hassle.

Why is my billing on a monthly basis?

At Cueball, we operate on a subscription model, ensuring you have continuous access to our creative services. This means you’ll receive a monthly bill for your active subscription. What types of designs are not offered by Cueball?

While our unlimited services cover a wide range of design needs, there are certain projects that require specialized expertise or are outside our scope. To maintain productivity and uphold our commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests:

  • Fine art illustrations
  • Fillable or interactive PDF documents
  • Digital painting and game assets
  • 3D/CAD projects
  • HTML, CSS, UI/UX design
  • Programming, coding, or development
  • File formats outside of our supported types
  • Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
  • Content writing or manual typing tasks
  • Inappropriate requests that violate our core values or are offensive in nature

Do you have commercial licenses for the stock photos and videos?

Yes, we source our stock from various premium stock and free resources with commercial licensing. However, some assets may require additional licensing based on your intended use. Are your designs custom or based on pre-made templates?

Our designs are 100% customized to your specific request, brand, or target audience. However, in certain cases where it enhances the project’s objectives, we may incorporate stock assets or templates.

What do I get in my 7-day trial?

With our 7-day free trial, you can request:

  • 2 Custom Graphics (Digital and/or Print): You’ll receive two graphics designed specifically for your brand requirements. The digital design asset can be something like a social media post or banner ad, while the print design asset can include up to 5 pages, perfect for brochures, flyers, or similar materials.
  • 1 Video (20-30 seconds): A short, engaging video with dynamic motion graphics to bring your brand to life.

This trial gives you a firsthand look at the quality and creativity of our work. Please keep in mind that the designs will be watermarked.

If you’re happy with the results, you can choose from our subscription plans that best fit your needs, and we’ll provide watermark-free versions of your designs once you subscribe.

How can I make the most of my trial?
  1. Submit Requests Quickly: To get the most from your trial, send in all requests as soon as possible. For a graphics trial, request 2 custom graphics (like a social media post or a print asset of up to 5 pages); for a video trial, request 1 short video (20-30 seconds). If you’re doing both, request 2 graphics and 1 video. This helps us get started faster!
  2. Share brand details and requirements: With each request, include your brand’s guidelines, style preferences, and any specific requirements. This ensures the designs are tailored to your brand from the start.
  3. Let Us Know How You’ll Use the Designs: If you plan to sell the designs (like templates), tell us so we can ensure everything is fit for purpose.
  4. Provide Print Specs (If Needed): If you need print designs, share any specific crop marks or bleed dimensions required by your printer. If not, we’ll use standard print dimensions.

Can I request revisions during my trial?

Yes, you can request revisions during your trial. Each design includes one round of revisions to ensure it meets your expectations. Just let us know what changes you’d like.

Can I use the designs created during the trial for my business?

Your trial designs come with a watermark and are for preview only. Once you subscribe to one of our plans, you’ll get the final, watermark-free versions that you can freely use for your business.

What happens after the trial period ends?

At the end of your trial, if you’re happy with our service, you can easily subscribe to one of our plans. If you decide it’s not for you, feel free to cancel with no strings attached.
