Onboarding and Training
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will receive 3 days to 1 week of onboarding to get familiar with our processes, tools, and projects. This period is designed to ensure a smooth integration into our team and help you get up to speed quickly.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise across a variety of design disciplines. You are a fast learner, able to adapt quickly and train others, with the capability to handle multiple projects in a day. You’ll be an integral part of our team, delivering high-quality designs for our clients while collaborating closely with colleagues to meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, focusing on branding, social media, packaging, print, and optional video editing.
- Follow a process-driven approach: understand the brief, create moodboards, adhere to design principles, and ensure the final output aligns with client expectations through grid-based reviews
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
- Create compelling logos that encapsulate brand identities.
- Design engaging and impactful social media content.
- Develop packaging and print materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Train and mentor the team, ensuring the application of best practices across all projects.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects each day without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure design solutions meet their objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in:
- Logo Design
- Social Media Design
- Packaging & Print Design
- Video Editing (optional but beneficial)
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a digital media agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- AI proficiency in utilizing tools to streamline and innovate design processes.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual communication.
- A fast learner, able to train team members and share knowledge effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Equipment Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fully functional computer or laptop capable of handling multiple projects with at least 8 GB RAM and a high-performance graphic card.
- The most recent versions of Adobe CC, AI, PSD, INDD, AEP, and .PRPROJ / .PREL installed.
- A web camera for meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
- Daily and unlimited access to a fast internet connection (minimum of 30 Mbps).
